The time required for a detailing service varies depending on the package you choose. On average, a Silver Package takes about 1-2 hours, a Gold Package takes 2-3 hours, and a Platinum Package can take 3-4 hours.
7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Cancellation Policy
At Swift and Elegant Detailing, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice:
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
2. How to Cancel:
- Cancellations can be made by calling us at 617-987-1290 or by emailing us at swiftandelegantdetailing@gmail.com.
3. Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
4. No-Shows:
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
5. Rescheduling:
- Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost.
6. Emergency Cancellations:
- We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate you without penalty.
